Refund & Warranty Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
We replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you believe you've received a defective or damaged product, please email us at Youwishcstm@gmail.com.
Do not install a product if it is defective. If you install an item that turns out to be incorrectly installed, we do not offer a replacement or reimbursement.
Custom Headlights — Additional Information
If you believe your custom headlights are defective, you must return them to the sender address. We will either repair and resend the headlights, or send a brand new unit under our warranty policy.
If you notice a defect and install the headlight anyway, we cannot provide a brand new replacement under warranty — we will instead repair the defective unit once returned. This is because an installed headlight is no longer in sellable condition and cannot be swapped.
Warranty does not cover failure of headlight casings.
In the event of breakage, LADS is not liable to replace the entire headlight — only the LADS Lighting components inside. If you'd like us to repair the headlight rather than supply the parts yourself, shipping is at the customer's expense.
Custom products cannot be returned or refunded simply because a customer feels they don't meet expectations (all products are tested for performance and quality before shipping). However, customers may request that items be replaced or repaired.
Replacing & Repairing: Custom headlights will only be replaced or repaired after the original unit has been returned and examined. Once examined, we will send out a repaired or replaced headlight.
Warranty Terms
- 6-month warranty if you install the headlights yourself
- 16-month warranty if installed by a licensed electrician (receipts required)
If we've asked you to send your headlights back regarding an issue, failure or refusal to do so voids your warranty for any further damage that occurs.
Discounted, cancelled-order, and resale headlights do not carry any warranty. We will repair these at the buyer's cost.
